"Beautiful Hotel"

This hotel is located right by Milan central station, just take a right as you head out of the front of the station. I was allocated a lovely spacious room at the front of the hotel that included two balconies and I was very pleased with every aspect of this hotel; the staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was in immaculate condition including my room.
As the hotel is located by the main train station it is very easy to get in and out of the city with many links to get you in to the heart of the city ie tram stop outside the hotel and a metro station just a few minutes away.
Highly recommended.

Very spacious room, high ceilings, king bed (2 twins together as in all italian hotels). nice bathroom. right outside the Milan Centrale Station, just cross the street. Take the MXP Express train from the malpensa airport. staff was nice and let us check out an hour later. take the metro to the duomo and main city center. overall very nice hotel!

Staff very friendly, room very good, with a great view, but the best is the location. Easy to go everywhere, inside the city and outside too, once the train station in nearby. To be recommended.

Fantastic value at this beautiful hotel. We booked a deluxe room and it was a really fabulous old style room with big bathroom and entrance hall. I could not believe that this cost us only €129. I would not stay anywhere else in Milan and cant wait to return.

We loved the oldness and history of the hotel. The service was truly first class, so refreshing to see a team abehind the concierge desk, they booked a great restaurant nearby for my wife and me, nothing was too much trouble. We had a drink in the bar, again the service was first class, check out again first class. For me its the people that make or break a hotel. They know how to do it here, and we will be back!

"Luxury Hotel, Convenient Location!"

We mostly stayed at Bed & Breakfasts on a recent trip to Italy, but we couldn't pass up the convenient location of this hotel, and we were glad we stayed there! As a Starwood Gold, we got an upgrade to a larger room with a nice view of the train station. We were also able to book the hotel with Cash & Points for a nightly rate of $60 (US) + 4k Starpoints -- an incredible value! It's literally just across the street from the train station. When you come out of the train station, just go across the street to the right and there it is. We came in on the train, left on the train, and used the subway to get around in Milan, so it was incredibly convenient being this close.

"Recommending Le Meridien Gallia"

We spent two nights in Milan at the end of our two-week trip to Italy, and had a wonderful stay at the Le Méridien Gallia. It's a lovely, grand European hotel in a prime location for access to trains (metro and other) and buses-immediately across the street from the Centrale station. The hotel was very well run, with gracious managers and staff that went out of their way to make our 20th wedding anniversary stay very special. Thanks to all of you. Our room was palatial, with a king-size bed, work area, and elegant sitting area, along with a large beautiful bathroom, and double closets for storage.
We definitely plan to return on our next trip to Italy.
